How Long?

Okay, this trip was planned to forge the way, to get all the wrinkles out so that a steady stream of containers could flow into Haiti. Last night we got word that the containers were delayed in Miami. The crane at the dock was down for a few days so the ship got away later than expected. We thought the process here in the DR and in Haiti would be the snag. Today we visit the local customs agent and also the trucking company. We want things set up with them to handle these and subsequent containers. We will also gather and pack some additional pallets of tarps, rope, charcoal and cooking implements to go with the first truck.
Where we are in the DR people also felt the earthquake so the conversation has been interesting to say the least. Pray today for the schedule of the ship and that the logistics will be finalized.

33Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!
34″Who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been his counselor?”
35″Who has ever given to God,
that God should repay him?”
36For from him and through him and to him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.
